Going through add/remove (hoping it was a component we left out) I find that it is installed as part of Sql Server Reporting Services, not the stand alone VS2005. &nbsp;I'm thinking that might make a difference?

Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) is a tool used to implement and deploy a service-oriented architecture (SOA) to support distributed computing where services have remote consumers.
