Do I need a new Citrix License Server and a New Terminal Server License Server?

I just got landed with the project of upgrading our Citrix Servers from Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 to Citrix Xenapp 5. We already have a Citrix License Server that also has the Terminal Server License Server setup on the same Server. I viewed the CBT nugget for Citrix Presentation 4.0 about four months ago and setup a test VM network at home. I now need to setup a Citrix Evaluation Citrix License and Terminal Server and Xenapp 5 Production Server. I'm worried that if I setup this License Server it will cause conflicts with the exist Citrix Farm. Is it okay to set it up on the Production network for test purposes? I have no choice but to setup it up on the production network for test purposes because of lack of resourses. My boss states that when I setup one of the Xenapp Servers I should be able to choose which Citrix License Server I want to use so I shouldn't have any problems. I'm worried however about the Evaluation Terminal Services License Server.

Will I need to setup another Terminal Services License Server as well? The new Xenapp5 will be a test Citrix Farm so can I setup a new Terminal Services Evaluation Server on the same Server as the Citrix License Server. I'm worried the Terminal Services Evaluation Server will conflict with the existing one as well.
