I'm unable to login my windows server 2008 through RDC.

Error message is

"Because of an error in data encryption, this sessuion will end. Please try connecting to the
remote computer again"

But few times I'm able to login but unable to do anything. It stops responding. It showing the message preparing your desktop. But it is not giving full desktop for me.

May I get the solution to resolve this issue?
