How to use remote VNC into wyse viance terminal
I am configuring about 150 wyse viance terminals. I have the terminals configured to use xendesktop and I am using BGinfo for the back to show the connection information on the xendesktop background. My problem that I am having is how can I easily have information show for the user to tell our helpdesk the wyse device information so that they can remote in using the builtin vnc client. Right now I cannot think of any easy way to get the remote information to show to the use easily. How are others doing this. Thanks,

We have VNC running within our XenDesktop sessions. We also use BGInfo. Our helpdesk is instructed to ask for the hostname displayed within BGInfo, which is the hostname of the user's XenDesktop session. So the only difference is that we initiate the connection from within the user's XenDesktop session. Works wonderfully well for us.

My major problem that I am having with the wyse viance clients is that the terminal name is not registering within DNS correctly. Therefor I am unable to VNC directly into the box. Does someone have an idea why the terminal names are not registering within DNS. Thanks for your help.
How are the names registering?
