Exchange 2007 Migration

We are currently in the process of migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007, I have configured the the new Exchange 2007 server and the New Routing Group has been created in the Exchange 2003 Syatem Manager, but we have now created a Hub Transport Server and I would like to move the Connectors for the Exchange 2003 from the first Exchange 2007 server to this new Hub Transport server, How can I modify the RG connectors to point to this server

The co-existence RGC gets created as part of your first installation.
