How to uninstall a windows 2003 server update.

For some reason our server got updated by windows without us knowing...And is now givings us problems with our mapped drives. How do I uninstall the latest windows updates on the server?

Server :Server 2003 SP3
Clients: Xp Pro sp2

Add/remove programs, check the Show updates check box, and choose remove. Remove in reverse order and make sure your backups are in order.
