check if  the count_query also needs 30 seconds, if not check the post-query trigger  for slow sql-statements : for each AA-record that statements will be executed once.

If you have the possibility of using the 'enterprise manager' software check what query's (an how often) are executed for the session.

after remove all post query it taking around 15 to 20 second
Try to find the executed query:
If its possible to go to enter query mode
enter query mode
enter :a  in one of the query colums (1 times : + 1 times a)
hit execute query
you get a pop-screen to specify an additional where
enter :
:a = <><><><
hit enter/ok
your get an error message because of the <><>
hit the show error-key (shift-f1 in our implementation)
the query in error is shown  (if the key is active)
check if it is the same (except for the  = <>> part) query as the one you executed in 2 seconds
(may be there is an like construction added)
