Export to excel (data only) in wrong format

I have some  crystal reports running through a desktop application and through some asp pages. The reports were converted to ASP using the Recrystalize software.

The problem is when you try to export an asp report into the excel (data only) format it exports into excel but the normal excel format and not the data only one. I take it one of the export dlls might need updating?

Also, when exporting a report loaded through asp page into word - editble rtf format i get an error that says "missing or out of date export dll".

Exporting is fine when done through the back office application and all other exporting formats work ok on the asp pages.

Any ideas?
