What is the Terminal Services Manager (TSADMIN.EXE) Equivalent under Windows Server 2008

Under Windows Server 2000/2003 you can check who else is logged onto the server
by using the Terminal Service Manager app (TSADMIN.EXE). What is the equivalent
under Windows Server 2008 and how can this be installed?
