mlm script

hi experts can u give the script that generates the binary trees whenthe menber is registered. like if there are 10 members. if the new user registers under 5th memner named jarry, then there comes one child under jarry. if the user named yogesh registers two subchild then these two comes under yogesh, like this the pattern and record should be saved in the database and fetch from the database.

it is similar to mlm (multi level marketing project) script  or if there is any open source scipt that would help me doing this.

This is relatively straighforward. In your user table, make sure you have a column called 'parent', and populate that with the id number of the parent. For example

USERS
id     parent     name
1       0            yogesh
2       1            joe
3       1            fred
4       3            arnold
5       0            jarry

When a new person (let's call him mark) registers, he would list jarry (id=5) as his parent.

In MySQL, you would have something like
INSERT INTO users (parent, name) VALUES (5, 'mark');

If you want to show all the children of yogesh, you would do this
SELECT * FROM users WHERE parent=1

you have given me a good logic but i don't need to do it that way.

there are paid scripts on the internet that are specifically related to multi level marketing projects scripts, that i want to know which is the best script.

i just want to find the best script on the internet for this , if that is paid no probs. so ,please give me the best link to implement the mlm concept.
