VBA Macro to open PDF document in Adobe Acrobat

Hi - I need the coding which will effectively open Adobe Acrobat and then a specified PDF document.  I am not a programmer and whilst I have tried out a few chunks of code nothing works and I don't know enough to figure out why!  Cheers!
