How can I Transform Visual Basic Application 2008 in Web Application

My application was develloped in Visual Basic 2008 (Visual Studio), and now I need to upgrade the application to work on web. I have to programming it all again or I can transform this automatically.

there won't be anything automatic! If you did a good job when you have created your first version, you have a thin UI layer and everything else (business logic and data access) in to separate layers. That would mean that your main task would be to recreate a web UI.
