Blackberry BES can't send after domain admin pw change

Hi,

New to BES. We have Exchange 2003 and a BES Manager 4.1. We changed the domain admin password and nowe users are not receiving emails to their Balcberries. Can anyone point me to where I need to update the password on the BES?

If you installed BES using the domain admins username and password, you will have to change the password for each of the services for BES.
Click on Start, Run, (type) services.msc (enter)
Check the Blackberry services and the Log On As username.  If they are set to Administrator, double click each service and click on the Log On tab and change the password.
Do this for all Blackberry services first, then try starting the services.

Thank you Alan - that was it! Neglected to mention we had changed the besadmin pw too and those besadmin services needed to be updated as you described. All is well again :)

No worries - it had to be something password related and that was the likeliest option.
