I am considering replacing my Procurve 4000M switch with a Procurve 2610.  I want to be able to use network management software with the new switch so that if the network slows down I can see who is hogging my bandwidth.  The Procurve Plus software that HP supplies is a little pricey. On a call with HP yesterday they assured me that the 2610 could run other network management software because of it's open standards.
What other network management software products are out there that I could use with this switch?
