I would like to setup the Fedex Tracking manager to automatically send out an email when we ship something. Does anyone know how to do this? And can I change the format of the tracking email?

Thanks
Jeff

I figured this out.

You can set this up via the FEDEX Shipping Manager, Within there you have what is called shipping alerts, and you can choose when a person gets an email, When it is first shipped, as the status changes, if there is an exception and for the delivery.

You can not unfortunately do much with modifing the email that is sent out. You can only ad a custome message, that will go onto each email.
