error while configuring remote access (VPN) on small business server

I am getting an error that refers me to the rras log when I attempt to run through the Remote Access Wizard in SBS 2003.  I will paste the contents of the log below.  This server is brand new and except for updates has not been messed with.  The only thing I can think of is that the new IE 8 for Server update might be the culprit because my http://companyweb/default.aspx is no longer browsing to the intranet page.  Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
