Problem 'Cannot import test.reg'
Hello.
I am trying to run a log on script that will set the outlook stationery theme to blank.
I exported the portion of the registry as I would like to have it to a .reg file, which
is stored on a server path of \\server1\public.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Softwar e\Microsof t\Office\1 2.0\Common \MailSetti ngs]
"MarkCommentsWith"=hex:4e, 00,65,00,6 9,00,62,00 ,61,00,72, 00,67,00,6 5,00,72,00 ,\2c,00,20 ,00,43,00, 65,00,6c,0 0,65,00,73 ,00,74,00, 65,00,00,0 0
"Template"=hex(2):00,00
"NewTheme"=""
After mapping drives in my log in script, I have inserted the following line
Regedit.exe "\\server1\public/Statione ryLD.reg"
It prompts me to accept, then dislayes this message
Cannot import StationeryLD.reg: Error opening the file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
