two ultragrids

i have two ultragrids one have id and name and second also have few id and names
first i want to select some items as listbox and then loop thow on that items and want to add that items in other grid having few id and names, problem is i can not find out selected rows count and row cell values for adding other grid,actually i need same functionality as listbox i not using listbox b/c i can not add both id and name in listbox.
