Anyone seens email moved from Notes inbox to folders come back into the inbox? (Note: A Blackberry is involved).

User has a Blackberry (used for years).  Notes 7.  Now when he moves items from his inbox to a folder, the item moves back into the incoming box.  He believes (as I do) that his BB is the culprit.  BB says that the email box is too large (13 gigs), but I've seen larger being used with BB without trouble (in the same firm on the same server).

We've done fixup, etc.

Any ideas or has anyone seen this before?

English is my native language.  So I have to blame that "seens" on fat fingers or a long day.
I too have seen many mailboxes larger than this being used with no problems with Blackberries, so you can rule that one out.

There is a setting on the handheld, I think under email reconciliation, which you set to say what takes precedence; the handheld or the server. Might be worth checking what this is set to and try changing it, to see if it makes any difference, as it could be that the BES server sees that there is a difference between the 2 and takes the Blackberries word over Dominos and moves the document back.
Thanks, Cuckalicious, but the reconciliation setting is for the mailbox to win.
That is odd.

Are there any replicas of the users mail file on your system, which may be incorrectly replicating and putting the moved doc back in the inbox?
