OWA not working after WAN change

Hi Guys,

After Telewest systems failed yet again we had to change our ISP, I have repointed our MX record to the new external IP of our mail server, and also repointed exchange.ourdomain.co.uk to the new ip address for OWA, but its still wont work. Internally OWA is working fine its just the external https://exchange.ourdomain.co.uk that fails, just seems to time out.

I'm pretty new to OWA so any help would be appreciated.

Hi Subsun,

Just as I recieved your comment I realised that my fat fingered typing had caused me to open port 119 instead of 110 through my firewall!

So problem solved, but many thanks for your reply

DNS may takes time to replicate. It depends on the ISP DNS server settings. Is OWA working internally?
