Trouble with designjet driver

I have an hp designjet 800ps 42 plotter with version 6.1 driver software.  It seems like the driver has become corrupt.  We have several "Quick Set" to configure the print driver with several different settings like paper size, line weight, etc.

When ever we select one of the quick sets we get an explorer error and the computer locks up.  I have to close explorer and let it open again.

We could just reload the driver but we need to know what the quick set settings are so we can set them up again.  The settings are not defined anywhere.  I can't seem to find a file that stores them.

So I'm looking for help with either fixing the driver lock issue or finding the settings.  Thanks!

Quicksets for HP printers are stored in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\<printername>\PrinterDriverData

The values are QuicksetPool:0, QuicksetPool:1 and so on.

The best way to replace the driver is in Control Panel - Printers, then File - Server properties - Drivers, and remove the driver from there. Then install the driver again.

Although this was exactly what I was looking for it didn't give us enough information to be able to recreate the Quicksets.  Thanks for your quick response.
