Is there a MS supported route for integrating the data from Outlook BCM 2007, Accounting Professional (UK) 2009 and Dynamics CRM 4.0? I would like to see these applications integrated or at least the data synchronised but am new to Dynamics so not sure the correct approach.
I wouldn't object to a third-party server app or plug in that achieved the task but would prefer to take the free/supported approach first. If a third party app is the only way then think in the region of £250/$300 (which might be optimistic I know). I haven't been able to find any good definitive information about setting these apps up together.
P.S. I could happily consider using another Accounting program if that is the only way to achieve this configuration as I haven't procured MS Accounting yet - it costs around £150.
