Ricoh copier has error code E55

A Ricoh FT3013 copier was just donated to my non-profit organization. When it is turned on it gives E55 in the display. Can anyone tell me what the code E55 means?

It means that the fusing thermistor is faulty
Fusing Thermistor (TH1) OPEN SC code (E55) is displayed.
