I am looking for solutions for my website, it has to be an applet plugin or a flash swf to do this.

I do not think this link is anywhere near to what I am looking for.
Thank you for your input.
java does not support doing that
will any other emebeded component like flash or something similar work?
I would like to keep this open to see whether this is possible or not. I am open for taking any technology.
Need to have a solution please.
Thank you and I am hoping for a solution from some technology.

tried everything and got little or no response for this, may be we need to purge this thread?!
I did once some time ago, and did that again just now.
Thank you.
I think you could integrate screen capture into your web page with this activeX component. It wouldn't support video or audio. Screen capturing video is extremely CPU intensive and so it would be hard to find something that does this in the form of an applet or activeX.

Thanks for your expert comments, I will work with this today and get back to you.
As of now, it seems Flash and ActiveX are not going to help as flash will not do the screen recording best and ActiveX will not be platform independent.
I am looking for a Javabased solution which will run in browser like an Applet and I will think of run it as a Java application itself. Does that sound like the right direction?
