Best SCSI/USB Convertor?

Could anybody tell me what is the best SCSI to USB convertor - a hardware device that plugs into a SCSI port on a scanner and converts it to USB.

Must be SANE compatible on the software side..

I'm forgot to say that I was using Linux (Ubuntu)

Just wondering if anybody has got a usb to scsi adapter working with Linux
