I have setup serveral mail profile inside Entourage on MAC. When I reply emails, Enourage use the profile that previously received the email. Is there a way to default a profile in Entourage so that sent out mail always use a particular email address to reply any emails.

Thanks

In Entourage 2008, go to Entourage/Preferences/Reply & Forward and turn on the "Reply using Default Account" setting. Then set your default account to the one you want to use in Tools/Accounts.

This didn't always work like it should in Entourage 2004, but I think it's fixed in 2008.

Another alternative would be to add a Reply-To header to the accounts that you want to always have a different Reply field, but I'd try the other method first since it's much easier to setup.
