Password Expiry Notification

We have a domain setup here and use wired and wireless (wifi) lan. Our password expiration period is 30 days. But the people who are at home or are on wifi or are not on LAN (i.e they login with the old password and then connect the lan cable), dont get any password expiration alerts.

I am looking for a software or a script which should send a mail to the user that there password is about to expire. I am looking for the below things.

1) It should send 3 alerts to the user i.e. before 15 days of expiration; then 7 days of expiration and last before 1day.
2) It should be completely automated

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are some scripts on some threads here on EE you can search for.  I won't blow smoke I'm not a VBScript expert so I won't try to create one for this.
Another third part tool that is decent is password reminder.
