Making a Custom Calendar

I want to take the Outlook clanedar layout:
1. View by day
2. instead of columns for days they would be for # of dock doors
3. rows would be for times.

Is it possible to format one and have it on the Exchange Server so the Floor People can access it and make changes as needed?

Best Way to Achieve this is to Create a Mailbox for Each Door.
Doing this will allow each door to have its own calendar.
Then share the Calendars

Once done the Floor people can open the Shared Calendar for Each Door, achieving the look you want.

If you have Outlook 2003 or 2007 it will look similar to this

Can you tie all the DOORx to a master so they don't have to select all?
Unfortunately not.
However, once All the shared calendars (Doc Door Calendars) have been opened Once.
After that these calendars will stay opened and stay visible until turned off.
So they can go back to the inbox, or close Outlook and go back into Calendars and the view would still be the same as above.

I really believe this is the best route for you.

Especially if people are going to be putting appointments into the calendar.
