I have a HP LaserJet 3390 on the network that has a static IP address. &nbsp;When trying to load the HP software on a new computer. &nbsp;When installing the software it asks me for the IP address, I enter it and it tells me it can't find the printer on the network. &nbsp;I can open a web browser and type in the IP address of the printer and the printers web interface comes up, so I know it has connectivity! &nbsp;I did do a search and something said to open UDP Port 427, which I did, but it did not make a change.<br />

Any ideas?
