PHP Script to send credentials to ISA 2006 proxy

I need to make a PHP script that can send credentials to an ISA 2006 server and retrieve a webpage using the credentials.  Here is some background:

On our school lab computers we generally log computers in with a generic account with no web access.  We would like to make a small PHP page that the student can enter their credentials and use those to browse to the page of their choice.

If you log in to the computer with an account that does not have Web Access, and if you set the Proxy server setting in your Internet Explorer, the browser will prompt you for username/password to use the proxy (Of course, ISA should already be configured to authenticate users using Active Directory). The browser (IE) will keep the credentials until you close it.

In this case, a student will enter his/her credentials and browse, one he/she closes the browser, the credentials are gone, and the next student using the computer will be prompted to enter username/password.

ISDCCC: This is the way it used to work and it worked great. However now when a generic account tries to access a webpage a blocked notice appears; ISA is not even trying to grab credentials.  Is there an error in the config maybe?

Ended up pushing the installer with Altiris deployment console. Thanks
