Download the ultimate boot cd from here http://www.ubcd4win.com/ boot from this and you can reset the password
Try with password reset disks (CD's), like UBCD http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ or similar...
It works on XP, but i dont know if it works with WinSever2003 (ActiveDirectory ?).

Anyway, thake thic Boot cd, insert it in optical drive and reboot computer. You will be asked if you want to boot from cd, confirm. It will boot in Windows-like interface, and  you will have many applications (system tools) available, and among then Windows password reset tools.. I didn't try las UBCD version (i have ver. 2 to be honest) so i cant navigate you, but i think you have everything you need in official website.

The Windows boot cd version I posted is much easier to use then the non-windows version.
