SPS and MOSS Backup By Netbackup

In our organization we have NEtbackup 5.MP7 version for Backup purpose.
we want  Sharepoint backup tool we are planning to purchase Netbackup for Sharepoint backup so what order i have to do do ihave to order for only agent or complete package.

could you please guide me.

You will need the MOSS / Sharepoint agent however going by http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/294650.htm you will need to upgrade to at least 6.5.1
