Hotmail virus!!!

My hotmail have a virus that enables the following auto answer:

"Greetings,
I would like to introduce a very good website to you .that is www.ebuy68.com .They can offer all kinds of electronical

And many of my contacts are receiving mails from me saying strange things... how i can get rid of this virus?

The virus will be on your computer. I reccomend using Avast (a free antivirus) to get rid of it. I use Avast.
