What kind of program is this and do you want your settings persisted anywhere other than memory?

This is a Data Analysis Program, with the selected settings staying in the memory. All that i really want to know is how to make another window pop up, and how to pass an array out of that window back to the main program i am writiiting

I would code settings in a settings class.  I would code this as a singleton in which case it would be accesible from your main form and your popup form.
To make another window pop up you just create a new instance of the form and then call Show or ShowDialog.
