What is runit.exe? Spyware? Or something else

REcently after downloading some software, and then deleting it, I get a dialog box appear titled 'runit'. The dialog box displays a message about class error and bad path. What is this? Have I deleted something I shouldn't have?

Advice appreciated.

1. type regedit in run
2. goto  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MIRCOSOFT\RUN
3. Find the file that is causing problem in right side pane
4. right click and delete that entry
