I don't have VB6 on my machines anymore so I can't code up anything concrete for you...

...do you want the new message to replace the existing one?...or should they stack?  (I don't use messaging systems)

You can create multiple instances of Form2:

    Dim f2 As New Form2

Then move the Timer code into Form2 itself...  (instead of driving Form2 from within Form1)

IT, Stop Being Called Into Every Meeting

Highfive is so simple that setting up every meeting room takes just minutes and every employee will be able to start or join a call from any room with ease. Never be called into a meeting just to get it started again. This is how video conferencing should work!

Add a variable in a Module to keep track of the number of OPEN popups and use that to adjust the position of the current popup form...

please post the code you have.

it will need what idle_mind indicated:
>Add a variable in a Module to keep track of the number of OPEN popups and use that to adjust the position of the current popup form...

means: keep a open_popup_counter.
if top of the first form is "height of screen" - "height of form", it is actually generalized into

top of the nth form is "height of screen" - ( n * "height of form")
