Save email attachment using zend and php

I can't figure out how to save an email attachment using zend and php.

I thought it would be addressed on this page:

http://framework.zend.com/manual/en/zend.mail.read.html

But it is not.

That code works pretty well but is having a hard time figuring out the filename of the attachment.  I also need to figure out a loop to check for more than 1 attachment.
