TrixBox and OCS 2007 can be integrated to enhance some functionality, or add some features to both products?

Yes, the new version of Trixbox (version 2.8) contains Asterisk Ver 1.6 - which can run SIP over TCP, which is a requirement for OCS2007 / Exchange UM.
