Dear Sirs,
Where can i find tesseract ocr language extension  for Turkish ?
OR
How can i add (create) Turkish charset to tesseract ?

There is no Turkish character set for Tesseract at the moment but you can train version 2.0 to recognise the characters. Instructions are here: http://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/TrainingTesseract
