I recent bought myself a new PC with not surprisingly came with VISTA Home Premium 32 bit edition. I have a printer an HP 1320 Laserjet with a used with my previous machine which ran XP professional SP2. Anyway I plugged in the printer in the USB port on my new machine an hopped for the best, but ...................

HPs FULL printer solution downloaded from hp.com continue to nag about and say
" You must use the add printer wizard on this operation system" and then it terminates the installation of the toolkit.
How am I suppose to use add printer wizard then the dot4 port set it embedded into the Fulltool kit installer?
HP has made VIsta driver for the printer and in Device manager and it does show up in the device manager and says "Is working properly".
How does HP expect the printer to work in VIsta then the VISTA driver doesn't contain the dot port setup for VISTA??

I feel like Bill Gates and Steve Balmer are giving me the finger personally if you know what I mean!

I discovered that since the HP Toolbox for the printer cannot be installed on VISTA because its designed for XP/2000 only. Therefore since supposedly VISTA doesn't support USB001 port setup automatically then I had to install by hand.
