can someone give me a procedure to configure this so that I can access my servers from my desktop PC using KVM switch over IP?

To use KVM over IP or PC over IP you need a KVM that is capable of encoding the video stream from one of the attached systems as IP traffic and placing it on the network for a remote client to view.

The 2160as is not able to do this. The 2160as will only allow viewing of any attached servers on the built in console ports.

Here is a link to the manual for that switch.  It includes information on configuring the device.
