router recommendation

I would like a recommendation for a router that can take a 40Mbs internet pipe and that has 150 users on the inside and can do QOS.

Is the sole purpose internet access?

and probably some VPN termination but not entirely sure yet.

I'd recommend looking at a CIsco 1800 Series, possibly a 2800 if your budget can stretch. Both will handle your needs.
