I have two MOM Management servers and multiple MOM clients in my network.
Everything was functioning properly, until few weeks ago.
it seems to be an issue with the MOM server procesing all rules and the only way to fix this issue is, by restarting the server. I have patched the server as per Microsoft's recomendation (KB 906858) and it worked for a week.
Today, we had the same issue (The Agent outgoing data processing has been blocked. This indicates problems with communication or database processing.
Can anyone point me on the right direction?
