Simple RSS news feed - ASP.NET (C#)

Hi there,

I want to add RSS to the news part of my website. I have an Access database and in there I have a table called news with id, title, content,date, etc..

What I need is help with the RSS, as i am new the world of .net development (C#). does anyone have a code (C#) that I can plug in and ammend ?

do you know of any other website that has an example how to create an RSS feed from the database. The above sites don't use a database.
