Problems Opening Attachment file on Outlook 2007

I have problems opening an attachment file when opening documents in word,PDF, or Excel.
What could be the problem?

What exactly is the problem? Are you unable to open them at all? Are the attachment icons grayed out?

If the icons are grayed you need to adjust the security settings in Outlook to allow the opening of attachments. The process is different from version to version, what version are you using?

The icons are not greyed out, iám unable to open them att all. When I click the Attachment file it freeses completely. Stays proceesing until it reaches a moment where it freezes the coputer ans I have to loggoff the computer.
