Configuring a Reo Device

Does anyone know how to configure a REO 1000?  I lost my mappings and I can't get them back.

can you access the unit \\REO
with the default username or password

have you tried powering down the unit and bring it back up

No i can't and i have powered it down.  Also, the SCSI initator seems to be connected.  I just can't map the drive.

check page 82 it gives troubleshooting tips. it will help with hardware or key issues.
I think it is an ip issues.

This issue was related to the system not seeing the driver.  once I rescaned in device manager I was able to get it up and running again by reformatting in disk mangt.
