Customize form in CRM4 so that I can view fields from other areas

I am customizing the Service Case form in CRM 4.  I want to be able to pull in and view (read only) custom attributes that are part of the account area in CRM.  How do i do this?

I dont think this workflow will do the trick.  What I have is a custom attrobute in the Account Entity.  I want to show this on the Case form in the Service Entity.  How would I do this?
