I have an Outlook Resource Mailbox that five people need to acccess as a separate Outlook Profile.  (That is, when each person opens Outlook they will have a choice to go into their e-mail account or the or the Resource Mailbox).   This Resource E-mail account will have several Stationary entries to choose from.

The problem.  When I create the stationary for in the Resource Mailbox it does not show up for anyone but the person whose PC I was using to set up this Resource Mailbox.  It would seem that the stationary information is local to the machine, that is, it is not kept on the Exchange Server to be accessed and used by any of the other people that have the Resource Mailbox set up on their PC.  All of the people that can access the Resoruce Mailbox have full access.  SO....I don't want to set up the stationary entries for each person separately so how I set up the stationary entries are shared?

Hi, EtinArdius.

"how I set up the stationary entries are shared?"

That's not possible.  As you guessed stationery is specific to the computer.  In fact it is composed of files stored on the computer.  It can't be shared in the manner that you want.  The only solution is to copy the stationery to every computer that is going to access the resource mailbox.
