Unknown Characters at top of email in OWA

I have a sbs2003. Everything works fine with exchange except 1 user always gets a "?" on the first line of every email she sends when using OWA. It doesnt happen when using outlook not her iphone? Any ideas?

On the Exchange 2003 Server.
a. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click Exchange System Manager.
b. Expand Global Settings, and then click Internet Message Formats.
c. In the right pane, right-click Default, and then click Properties.
d. Click the Message Format tab.
e. Change the format to Both under MIME.

Install these hotfixes on the Exchange 2003 server & reboot it

Some 3rd party software changed reg key related with HTML Editor on client box:

Good:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2D360201-FFF5-11d1-8D03-00A0C959BC0A}\InprocServer32]
(Default) = "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\dhtmled.ocx"

Bad:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2D360201-FFF5-11d1-8D03-00A0C959BC0A}\InprocServer32]
(Default) = "C:\windows\system32\dhtmled.ocx"

Simply back up the above registry key and then reset this key with correct value
Close all the Internet Explorer windows & check OWA....
