How do I add the contact name to a phone call subject line?

I use an OnLoad event on phone calls to a) check fi the subject line is empty or not and b) if empty, add the name of the "Regarding" to the subject line.

The reason we do this is that in Outlook you can't see who the phone call task is related to unless you opne the item in crm and then click on view regarding.

The problem arises when phone calls are created by a Quick Campaign - the name is (obviuosly) not entered in the subject line.

Any ideas as to how I can get a phone call created from a Quick Campaign to contain the subject?

Is there anyway this can be done when you are creating the phone call in the quick campaign process (eg in the subject line put a "variable" to pick up the contact name, etc)

Unfortunately your script does what I mentioned in my first post - i.e. only on new phone calls. Phone calls created via quick campaigns will already have a subject, and thus the script will not add the name to the subject field.

Any other ideas?
